What you will do

• Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Manage large projects and support relationship development as part of an account.
• Support the design or development of solutions for clients through research and analytics.
• Manage client expectations and satisfaction, potentially leading client-facing aspects of projects.
• Contribute to winning profitable business through background research, proposal writing, and opportunity spotting.
• Coordinate activities with colleagues across teams and provide guidance to more junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Typically a relevant higher (Master’s) degree plus several (5+) years’ experience in a professional services or consulting firm, or within a human resources or organization design department.
• Established credentials in own discipline and able to operate independently to make custom adjustments to offerings.
• Able to lead core service line work activities and maintain knowledge of industry trends and challenges.
• Develop expertise and consulting skills, including client relationships, commercial impact, and business insights.
