What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects, building strong relationships.
• Plan and deliver implementation projects by defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project execution end to end, including tasks, resources, schedules, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by partnering with other project managers to enhance tools, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator who collaborates effectively with technical and operational teams at all levels.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry.
• Exposure to process improvement or non-standard implementation work.
