What you will do

• Lead multiple development teams and architect enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Define short- and long-term technology strategies for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex user and business challenges.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to align teams and ensure scalable, data-powered solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions by working directly with C-level leaders.
• Mentor and coach client teams to adopt best practices and build strong engineering cultures.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 11-15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Demonstrated knowledge across the full application stack including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Spring, C#, .NET, Node.js, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and Docker.
• Experience writing unit tests with major frameworks and practicing test-driven development.
• Experience leading in Agile teams, including coaching Agile mindsets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
