QA Tester (Gaming)

Location: Ukraine; remote

An independent external game development partner delivering technical, creative, art, trailer, and QA services for AAA and AA games across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Test games across platforms to identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.
• Follow game-specific test plans and execute different types of testing to a high standard.
• Retest assigned bugs and keep their status updated throughout testing cycles.
• Work with development teams to investigate issues and support their resolution.
• Assess functionality against design specifications and provide constructive feedback on user experience, progression, difficulty, and overall game quality.

Requirements

• At least one year of QA testing experience in the gaming industry.
• Understanding of game production processes, quality standards, and testing methodologies.
• Experience using data to analyze project performance, identify gaps, and improve processes.
• Familiarity with platform testing tools.
• Ability to communicate issues clearly, understand development requirements, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
