What you will do

• Test games thoroughly to find and document defects based on team priorities.
• Compile lists of defects, design, or implementation issues during testing cycles.
• Regress and update all assigned bugs.
• Collaborate with development teams to track and resolve issues.
• Follow bespoke test plans and execute various testing types to high standards.
• Provide end-user perspective feedback on fun factor, progression, and difficulty.
• Participate in game reviews to evaluate functionality against design specs.
• Maintain positive atmosphere in testing department and handle other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in QA testing in gaming industry
• Understanding of game production processes, quality standards, and testing methodologies
• Expertise in using data to analyze project performance and implement improvements
• Familiarity with platform testing tools
• Strong communication skills to report problems, understand dev requirements, and contribute to meetings
• Ability to work in a team and independently with attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility
• English proficiency required
