What you will do

• Streamline & automate Ops workflows by identifying inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes and implementing AI-enabled automations that reduce time and errors.
• Build internal tools (often AI-assisted) that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks for Ops and cross-functional partners.
• Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against our team goals.
• Collaborate with teams like GTM, Solutions, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and land changes that stick.
• Learn the ins and outs of hirify.global’s platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems.
