What you will do

• Work collaboratively with Insights, Production, Engineering, Design, and Art teams to enhance VALORANT’s gameplay ecosystem.
• Utilize game knowledge to anticipate and serve player needs effectively.
• Analyze player data and product results to find actionable business insights.
• Help feature teams prioritize their efforts, considering product impact, delivery timelines, and opportunity costs.
• Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to business leaders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video game production, product management, analytics, consulting, or business strategy for consumer-facing products.
• 2+ years of experience shipping content or features on a live service video game or SaaS technology product.
• Experience using data to inform decision making on competitive, multiplayer games.
• Ability to break down complex problems and problem spaces using various business or product frameworks to craft optimal solutions.
• Self-motivated with a desire to work with people to navigate through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience leading game/technology feature development from 0 to 1.
• Experience working with game design, either as a designer or a close collaborator.
• Experience playing competitive multiplayer games, especially FPS or VALORANT specifically.
• MBA or advanced degrees in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Management Information Systems.
