Senior Platform Architect (Workflow Orchestration): Driving transformational outcomes and ensuring production readiness for customers using hirify.global, focusing on turning complex challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions. Focus on defining delivery patterns, operational standards, and enablement strategies to accelerate customer success and ensure long-term technical health.

Location: Remote (Global). The team is globally distributed with distinct benefit packages for US and International employees. Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and customer engagements.

Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 OTE (USD)

What you will do

• Act as the accountable technical owner for customers from purchase through stable production, driving the first production workflow.
• Establish guardrails and best practices for reliability, failure handling, scaling, and upgrades using hirify.global.
• Define standards for patterns, training, governance, and operational readiness, and build KPI-driven success plans.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and proactively manage technical risk and debt.
• Set and validate reliability, observability, and operational standards, monitoring health signals and certifying workloads as production-ready.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to unlock new workloads and translate production success into growth narratives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating production systems at scale and debugging complex technical issues.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements and team events.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar workflow orchestration platforms.
• Experience with observability tools, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Background in professional services, technical consulting, or solutions engineering.
• Contributions to open source projects or experience designing technical training.
