Location: Hybrid (Sao Paulo, Brazil). Office attendance is required 2-3 times per week, and you must be based in Brazil.

What you will do

• Navigate hirify.global’s complex data landscape in finance topics (controllership, treasury, credit risk, liquidity, capital, FP&A).
• Perform audits on key finance processes, assessing data quality, process effectiveness, and control design/operation.
• Strengthen continuous auditing by proposing and implementing data-driven routines, indicators, and automated tests.
• Act as the Internal Audit ambassador on finance topics, leveraging your understanding of business strategy, regulatory requirements, and emerging challenges.
• Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to senior leadership, detailing findings, recommendations, and strategic improvements.
• Drive innovation by leveraging technology for continuous audit testing and helping the team shift towards a predictive risk management approach.

Requirements

• Strong data literacy and ability to navigate complex data environments.
• Knowledge of SQL/Python or another programming language to explore and validate complex data.
• Experience working with large and/or distributed datasets and understanding data structures and flows.
• Experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in the financial sector.
• Intermediate English (B2).
• Project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in risk management strategies.
