What you will do

  • Assist customers with creating powerful communication to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Help customers identify appropriate actions towards their target achievement.
  • Deliver training sessions for relevant customer stakeholders.
  • Enable customers to monitor their performance and progress through relevant program KPIs.
  • Represent the customer voice within hirify.global to adapt tools and processes to customer needs.
  • Share teamwork and best practices to contribute to the development of hirify.global services and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful customer support experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain, or business is a plus.
  • Professional fluency in German and French (reading, writing and speaking) is essential. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail, with strong Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with summarizing data into insights for customer presentations using PPT or Slides.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications and other tools such as Salesforce or Wrike is a plus.
