What you will do

• Manage cryptocurrency trading strategies in collaboration with quant researchers.
• Optimize strategy, execution, and risk management through creativity and analytical disciplines.
• Collaborate with developers and researchers to design and improve trading and risk management platforms.
• Employ data-driven techniques to support trading decisions, identify inefficiencies, and improve performance.
• Troubleshoot systematic trading issues and automate repeatable tasks to increase productivity.
• Manage funding requirements for daily trading activities and provide crypto market analysis.

Requirements

• Familiarity with blockchain technology, the crypto industry, and crypto trading.
• Strong technical mindset with extreme attention to detail, analytical rigor, and superb problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Python scripting, SQL, and Linux, with knowledge of WebSocket and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top university in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 trading activities.
