Quant / Algo Trading Specialist | Singapore (Relocation possible)
We’re hiring a Quant / Algo Specialist to join a fast-scaling market-making business focused on crypto liquidity provision.
👉 Current focus: 24/7 gold perpetual trading on crypto exchanges
(then expanding into oil, US equities, and RWAs)
This is a front-office role — you will work directly on:
-developing and improving systematic trading strategies
-backtesting using real / high-frequency data
-optimizing execution and P&L performance
We’re looking for:
-experience in quant research / algo trading / systematic trading
-background in crypto, HFT, prop trading, or electronic trading
-strong Python (C++ is a plus)
-understanding of market microstructure / execution
Important:
This is not a data science or support role — we’re looking for people who have worked on strategies that impact P&L.
