What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for complex business and product initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Drive scope definition, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support solution validation and acceptance criteria definition.
• Ensure consistency and quality of business documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex or data-driven environments in fintech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to relocate to Manila, Philippines for a 3-month onboarding.
