What you will do

• Create and manage educational content in beauty and wellness (lessons, courses, materials in the application).
• Analyze content effectiveness and work with metrics (engagement, completion rate, impact on retention, etc.).
• Create hypotheses, conduct content experiments, and improve materials based on data.
• Write clear, structured, and engaging scripts for educational videos.
• Ensure content complies with the brand's tone of voice and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other teams.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading texts.
• Experience in creating educational content (long-form and short-form).
• Ability to work with tone of voice and adapt communication style according to brand guidelines.
• Experience in writing scripts for educational or instructional videos.
• Experience working with CMS and/or LMS systems.

Nice to have

• Interest in beauty, skincare, face yoga, and wellness.
• Understanding of beauty applications and their users.
• Interest in researching the beauty market and industry trends.
• Experience working with educational, wellness, or app-based content.
