What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models using Python and Spark, owning the full ML lifecycle.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines within the Databricks environment.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and discovery to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistical significance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics and translate business goals into technical ML objectives.
• Communicate complex findings through high-quality visualizations and dashboards to influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in a production environment (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Data Lake architectures, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency in writing production-ready code, comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
• English: Fluent English is required.
