Communications Manager (Logistics)

TL;DR
Communications Manager (Logistics): Shaping and amplifying the reputation of Go through external communications and B2B PR strategies with an accent on multi-market stakeholder alignment. Focus on driving media engagement, managing brand messaging, and supporting senior leadership in complex European logistics markets.
Location: Hybrid model (2 days in office recommended). Must be proficient in English and French (C1/C2).

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and external communications plans to support Go’s business goals.
- Manage consistent brand messaging, Q&As, and communications across multiple European channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B, trade, and business media, particularly in France, the Netherlands, and Spain.
- Partner with senior leadership and spokespeople to prepare for speaking engagements, media interviews, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate announcements, projects, and shared communications initiatives.
- Mitigate communications risks and manage issues in alignment with corporate press office standards.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and high standard French (C1/C2 level) required.
- Dutch language skills are considered an asset.
- Proven experience in a communications or PR environment, either in-house or agency.
- Strong knowledge of the consumer logistics and delivery sector.
- Demonstrable success in media relations and managing high-profile interviews.
- Experience with crisis communications and comms measurement reporting.
- Ability to travel as required by business needs.
