What you will do

  • Take ownership of recruitment activities for Supply Chain and support high-volume recruitment in operational areas.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, ensuring a structured and quality-driven hiring experience.
  • Expand and nurture a sustainable talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels and talent engagement strategies.
  • Create a professional and positive candidate experience, reinforcing the employer brand.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including creative campaigns and job fairs.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the ATS environment and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience managing full-cycle hiring processes, ideally within a growing e-commerce organization.
  • Background in recruiting professionals for Supply Chain, logistics, or business support areas.
  • Fluent Polish and English skills are required; additional language skills in Russian, Ukrainian, or German are highly valued.
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative way of working within a supportive team environment.
  • Curiosity to learn, improve processes, and contribute fresh ideas to how we attract and hire great people.
