What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Build strong customer relationships and apply customer happiness practices.
- Keep up with evolving tools, technology, and maintain deep understanding of client solutions.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security, and meet KPIs.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 for both spoken and written)
- At least 6 months experience in customer support
- Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
