What you will do

• Monitor ticket queues and resolve issues via Helpdesk application and telephone.
• Provide timely responses to support requests, meeting defined service level agreements and KPIs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to the PaymentIQ service.
• Support clients with questions regarding the complex and customizable PaymentIQ platform.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused and service-minded with a strong interest in technology.
• Solution-driven with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Previous experience as a Technical Support Agent.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in or knowledge of programming (Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git).
• Previous experience in the payment industry.
