Salary: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the merchandise team to design new products, informed by company milestones.
• Design customer gifting items, including mission patches and event-specific gifts.
• Manage the product design process from initial concept to production hand-off.
• Design and maintain tech packs, fit charts, color standards, and fabric specifications.
• Assist in developing graphics, typography, and layouts for social, web, and print.
• Contribute to the development of the brand's identity through merchandising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or artistic field.
• 5+ years of experience in product, graphic, and merchandise design.
• Advanced knowledge using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed, with occasional travel to events.

Nice to have

• Impressive design portfolio including merchandise and graphic designs.
• Experience working with a fashion/apparel brand.
• Experience retouching images for both digital and print.
