• Balance speed, accuracy, and creativity in deadline-driven environments.
• Champion design integrity across adaptive and production workflows.
• Art direct photography and guide visual asset development.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic, Communication, or Packaging Design.
• 6+ years of packaging design experience, preferably in a CPG-focused studio or agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium CPG packaging work.
• Demonstrated experience working across multi-SKU / multi-category portfolios.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of packaging production and print processes.
