What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners, managing the full partner sales cycle from first contact to activation.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships within the partner ecosystem in the HR space.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, supporting them throughout their journey.
  • Drive partner engagement and performance through regular meetings, product presentations, and challenge resolution.
  • Gather market and partner insights to identify pains, opportunities, and improvements.
  • Drive expansion opportunities by upselling additional hirify.global products and services through partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (SDRs, Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Leadership) to ensure partner success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Partnerships +4 years and B2B Sales within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Expert in English.
  • Hunter mentality: persistent, resilient, and motivated by developing new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and idea-driven approach.
  • Understanding of the South African market is a strong plus.
  • Availability to travel around Africa, especially within South Africa and East Africa.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HR tech or partner-led GTM models.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, SAP, and Sage ecosystems.
