What you will do

• Manage large complex projects for the Fund and Fee Business function.
• Coordinate project resources, both internal and external.
• Manage project expectations and ensure the project is on time and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all parties have the tools, information, and direction and remove roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate as a resource in company-wide initiatives such as system enhancements and new product roll outs.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop practical technology solutions and plan/implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• FINRA Fingerprinting Required
• Project Management skills to successfully manage complex development projects.
• Excellent organizational multi-tasking, project and timeline planning, leadership, judgment, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to set goals and work with little direction.
• Professional office environment and regular use of office equipment.
