What you will do

• Design and document end-to-end branch client and employee journeys, including sales, service, and internal workflows.
• Define and deliver IT capabilities for branch operations, including front-end systems, employee devices, and customer-facing solutions.
• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery for branch solutions, overseeing scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, compliance, risk, and IT teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and data security.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end journey design and process mapping.
• Proven IT project and program management skills.
• Strong business analysis and requirements definition capabilities.
• Understanding of systems integration and digital UX/UI collaboration.
• Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building solutions from scratch.
