Senior Project Manager, Branch Journeys & IT Delivery to lead the design and launch of end-to-end customer and employee experiences for our banking branch network.

This role sits at the intersection of CX, business process design, and IT delivery. You’ll own branch client and employee journeys, coordinate all enabling IT solutions, and lead branch launches from day one.
