What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of UX and Product Designers.
• Champion the user's perspective and ensure visual excellence in design deliverables.
• Partner with media teams and platforms to design interface experiences across various touchpoints.
• Lead the integration of AI design principles, architecting AI Agent interfaces and conversational experiences.
• Develop AI-influenced user experiences leveraging machine learning and predictive personalization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and evolve the vision for the UX and Product Design discipline.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of industry experience in UX, Product Design, Visual Design, or related creative disciplines.
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory/management role leading UX/Design teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in both UX/Product Strategy AND visual design/art direction.
• Proven experience designing with AI in mind, leveraging AI tools and creating AI-powered user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI Agent design patterns, conversational interfaces, and vibe-coded experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, visual excellence, and expertise across digital platforms.
