Location: Fully remote within the US and Canada

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

hirify.global is building a connected real estate investment management platform that simplifies real estate investment and amplifies opportunity for GPs and Investor Relations teams.

What you will do

  • Manage and execute data migrations within the client onboarding process.
  • Provide customer training to ensure they understand how to interact with the system.
  • Create Excel import templates and build Macros and automation for efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on the conversion of sponsor and investor data imported into hirify.global’s Platform.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on potential changes or improvements from customer interactions.
  • Track KPIs and metrics to gauge the overall health of new onboarding customers.

Requirements

  • Incredibly strong Excel competency.
  • Experience in a professional or secondary education financial environment.
  • Experience with data migration, creating Macros and automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong personal organization and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
