What you will do

• Provide expert advice on data management strategies and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead the development of data policies, frameworks, and governance practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design data solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Drive data quality initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Oversee and optimize data flows, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
• Mentor junior data professionals and report on data performance to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data management and data governance required.
• Comprehensive understanding of Securities Operations and trade life cycle functions.
• Extensive product knowledge of Security Master and Enterprise Data Management (EDM) systems.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling, especially for new asset classes.
• Solid understanding of middle office and back-office functions with reference data workflows.
• Experience in client onboarding, stakeholder communication, and project management for data initiatives.
