Salary: $107,712 - $134,640 USD / $134,640 CAD - $168,300 CAD

• Integrate state-of-the-art learning science into the product to help learners and teachers identify and address learning gaps.
• Partner with public school districts to build and scale teacher and learner tools for millions of users.
• Develop effective tools for teachers to strategically use hirify.global as a classroom supplement.
• Harness the power of AI, including LLMs, to deliver and enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience building world-class product experiences for an interactive web-app, including scalable backend services and complex, stateful frontend user interfaces.
• Experience building and maintaining complex, clean, and testable software.
• Strong communication skills, with a desire to give and receive regular feedback.
• Motivation aligned with hirify.global's mission to provide free, world-class education globally.
• Proven cross-cultural competency skills to drive inclusion and belonging.
• English: B2 required.
• Work authorization for US or Canada required.
