What you will do

• Lead or co-lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to capture and refine requirements for core finance modules (GL, AP, AR).
• Design and document functional solutions, ensuring they leverage Oracle standard functionalities and meet operational needs.
• Review and challenge functional designs, configurations, and test scenarios delivered by the integrator.
• Own the delivery of functional enhancements, such as new entities, accounting rules, or payment formats.
• Act as the functional reference for complex Record to Report (R2R) topics and issue resolution.
• Contribute to integration design and end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT), ensuring data integrity and controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX, local GAAP, and internal control requirements.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in ERP functional roles with strong exposure to Record to Report processes.
• You bring hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Finance, especially GL, AP, and AR.
• You are comfortable in a hybrid role, combining requirements workshops, solution design, and system configuration.
• You have a strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.
• You enjoy investigating complex functional issues and taking ownership through resolution.
• You collaborate easily with Finance, IT, and external partners, and communicate clearly in English.
