What you will do

• Lead the design and development of key hirify.global platform capabilities.
• Architect scalable, resilient solutions for enterprise chatbot and communication systems.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code and contribute meaningfully across the codebase.
• Own complex system and integration challenges, driving them to resolution.
• Partner closely with Product and UX to design solutions that deliver measurable business value and exceptional user experiences.
• Guide and mentor engineers, delegating effectively and enabling team success.

Requirements

• Deep engineering experience: 8+ years building software (12+ preferred), including time spent leading technical initiatives and guiding other engineers.
• Cloud architecture expertise in AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, RDS, S3, Lambda, Fargate).
• Modern full-stack strength across Node.js, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and backend frameworks like Python/Django or .NET/C#.
• Experience with distributed systems, Docker, and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong grasp of relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, DynamoDB), data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to ML systems and services like Amazon SageMaker.
• Ability to work from home in an environment free from distractions, suitable for virtual video meetings.
