What you will do

• Develop and optimize SQL queries for customer reporting needs.
• Assess current customer reporting processes and recommend AI tools for efficiency.
• Create proofs of concept for AI solutions where appropriate.
• Review data processing workflows to identify and address gaps using AI.
• Maintain documentation for recommendations, instructions, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 0 or more years of applicable experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or data science preferred.
• Ability to read and write SQL.
• Understanding of database structures, software, and IT technology terminology.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have

• Experience with various AI platforms and their uses.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Project Management applications like Microsoft Project.
