New Accounts Associate (Fintech): Providing world-class onboarding support to brokerage clients and processing new and ongoing applications with an accent on daily processing, maintaining client information, and adherence to AML/KYC rules. Focus on ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction through thorough responses, and seamless workflow execution with internal departments.

Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL, operating on a hybrid work schedule (in-office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday-Friday), with additional flex remote days and office-optional weeks.

Salary: $54,000.00 USD (base) with an annual target bonus of 4%.

What you will do

• Provide world-class onboarding support to brokerage clients.
• Process retail futures trading applications daily.
• Ensure accounts are reviewed and opened in accordance with firm procedures and guidelines.
• Review customer documentation in accordance with US and International AML/KYC rules.
• Ensure client needs are satisfied by providing complete and thorough responses to account opening questions.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders.
