Salary: $162,010–$190,600 USD

What you will do

• Manage Compliance responses for U.S. regulatory exams.
• Develop materials for Board, governance committee, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Assist with managing U.S. regulatory relationships.
• Review and approve new products for compliance.
• Serve as DRI for regulatory change management and control builds for U.S.-specific compliance needs.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Compliance for a financial institution, preferably federally regulated or as a regulator.
• Experience with direct engagement with regulators.
• Experience in consumer compliance, financial crimes compliance, and/or U.S. federal/state financial services regulations.
• Experience in product compliance, compliance governance and oversight, and/or managing regulatory relationships.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• CAMS, CCAS, or similar certification.
