Salary: $138,000 - $190,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

What you will do

• Lead discussions on metrics and dashboards, leveraging multi-sourced data and analytics principles.
• Optimize data and programs to provide insights to teams.
• Understand the connection between various data sources and pull them together in fact and dimension models.
• Build positive relationships to align metrics and goals across teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to help teams achieve efficiency and success.

Requirements

• Passion for data and analytics strategy.
• Strong prioritization, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Collaborative and accountable mentality.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience in the B2B technology space.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in a data visualization platform, including the underlying data architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or a compelling story.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
