What you will do

• Contribute to an advanced healthcare platform.
• Help scale infrastructure that supports large health systems.
• Design reliable, reproducible, and extendable eval and AI pipelines.
• Shape model interactions by partnering with engineering and product teams on how models are deployed and measured.
• Work with a stack that includes Python, Flask, Django, and FastAPIs.
• Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development industry experience.
• Must be comfortable with Python.
• Experience building AI applications, including designing evals and improving performance through prompting or scaffolding.
• Familiarity with evaluation methods for LLMs and experience with patterns like multi-agent workflows, tool use, or long context.
• General understanding of Containers and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership skills.
