Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA. Travel to hirify.global’s Denver office for onboarding is required. Employees based in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City are expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $225,000–$275,000/yr

What you will do

• Execute the technical roadmap for new products, aligning with business goals and Entity Management objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, Customer Support, and Marketing to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Develop and enhance the team’s software development processes and technical approaches.
• Drive the implementation of new functionality in legacy systems to support new customer bases.
• Serve as a technical leader, designing solutions and overcoming complex technical challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including leading greenfield product development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong mentorship skills with a track record of fostering continuous learning.
• Experience acting as a technical leader, solving complex problems, and driving innovation.
• Ability to develop and enhance software development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Ruby on Rails, Typescript, and React experience.
