Salary: $112,000 - $187,000 USD

• Be a key technical leader, breaking down complex engineering problems and advocating for best practices.
• Maintain efficiency by ensuring the team delivers high-impact work and iterates quickly on feedback.
• Collaborate across disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across our product suite.
• Champion Agile practices by participating actively in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Strong technical proficiency in full-stack engineering with cloud-based systems/services.
• Experience translating requirements, creating architectural proposals, and guiding other Engineers.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to contribute to the best outcome.
• Mentor mentality and a belief in the multiplier mindset.

Nice to have

• Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB and AWS.
• Sports industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with hybrid teams.
