Salary: $224,400 - $283,800 USD

• Design, build, and ship full-stack growth experiments from end to end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software experience, with a focus on user growth or monetization.
• Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, capable of independent design, build, and ship production changes.
• Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
• A collaborative working style and ability to partner with product, design, and analytics.
