What you will do

• Build and support user experiences for hirify.global's project planning and tracking tools.
• Design, prototype, implement, and ship highly performant user experiences.
• Uncover and solve foundational scaling and user-experience problems, including Copilot integration.
• Contribute to the codebase primarily in JavaScript (React, TypeScript) and Ruby (Rails).
• Write architecture briefs, proposals, and build prototypes for planetary scale systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the team.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent education/experience).
• 5+ years of React experience at a senior level.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software.
• Strong customer focus and data-driven approach.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across the stack, with a tilt towards the front-end.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience working remotely as part of a distributed software engineering team.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web stacks (e.g. Rails, Go, React, MySQL, GraphQL).
