What you will do

• Design and influence backend architecture for scalable, AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Lead technical planning and execution for new features, balancing technical feasibility, usability, and business impact.
• Work across the entire technology stack, including Python, Go, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers on backend engineering, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to translate requirements into intuitive and efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong Backend Programming Skills (Python and Go).
• General Understanding of Containers and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Track record of strong execution and ability to drive work from ideation to successful implementation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
