Salary: $184,000–$227,000/yr (Denver & most remote US/Canada) or $217,000–$267,000/yr (San Francisco & New York).

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and application of machine learning and advanced analytics across payments and treasury.
• Own end-to-end delivery and cross-functional execution of data-driven solutions with Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Set technical standards and scalable frameworks for the team’s core analytical and modeling capabilities, including integration of AI/LLMs.
• Communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years leading and scaling data science teams, with accountability for hiring, developing senior ICs, and owning outcomes.
• Deep experience driving insights and decisions across payments, treasury, and risk domains.
• Strong command of experimentation, causal analysis, and tradeoff evaluation in regulated, high-impact environments.
• Strong grounding in statistics and applied modeling, with the ability to set technical standards and coach senior data scientists.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into data strategy and influence multi-quarter product and platform roadmaps.
• Proven experience partnering with VP-level and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Ops, and Finance teams.
