What you will do

• Own CI/CD pipelines with integrated security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA, SBOM, signing).
• Manage Kubernetes/EKS policies, including IAM, OPA, and network policies.
• Implement GitOps (Argo CD) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts).
• Ensure security posture across IAM, secrets, encryption, WAF, and vulnerability management.
• Lead observability initiatives using tools like CloudWatch and Splunk.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup, resilience patterns, and incident response.
• Act as technical lead for DevSecOps, guiding best practices and enabling teams with templates.

Requirements

• English: Good conversational (B2)
• 4+ years of professional experience relevant to the role
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering and automation.
• Experience with application security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA) and software supply chain security (SBOM, signing).
• Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Amazon EKS) and policy enforcement (OPA).
• Strong background in AWS IAM, secrets management, encryption, and WAF configuration.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps (Argo CD) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and incident response.
