What you will do

• Lead and coach DevOps/DevSecOps engineers, providing technical direction and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and IT teams to align priorities and communicate technical roadmaps.
• Design, build, and improve secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and maintain GitOps/IaC for provisioning and configuration management.
• Manage microservice platforms on Kubernetes, ensuring operational health, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement shift-left security practices, define security baselines, and lead vulnerability management and security audits.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering, with 5+ years hands-on AWS.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead role (team lead / tech lead / principal responsibility).
• Deep understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles (automation, CI/CD, immutable infra, security by design).
• Strong knowledge of AWS security and networking (VPC design, IAM, security groups/NACLs).
• Strong Kubernetes expertise in cluster operations, RBAC, ingress, and autoscaling.
• Strong IaC experience, preferably with Terraform.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins/GitLab CI or similar.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana + ELK/EFK or equivalents).
• Confident scripting/automation skills (Python and/or Bash).
• Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) from an ops perspective.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (DevOps Engineer – Professional, Solutions Architect – Professional, Security Specialty).
• Experience with security tooling such as AWS Security Hub/GuardDuty/Inspector or container scanning tools (Trivy, Aqua, Prisma, Wiz).
• Experience with policy as code tools (OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno) or GitOps tooling (Argo CD/Flux).
• Knowledge of Azure as a secondary cloud provider or experience with on-prem/hybrid environments.
