hirify.global is seeking a Data Modeler to contribute to its Customer Success Semantic layer development.

What you will do

• Design and architect the semantic relationships of analytical objects within the Customer Success Domain.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and data engineers to implement a multi-year architecture roadmap.
• Align designs and architecture to standard enterprise metadata and ontologies.
• Partner cross-functionally with architects, data architects, and product managers to make the analytical semantic layer discoverable.
• Translate data models into database schemas and objects for analytical alignment.
• Author and conform to best practices for maintaining discoverability and trust of data within the semantic layer.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in a data modeling, architecture, or data engineering capacity.
• A related technical degree is required.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), data modeling tools (ERwin, Visio), data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
