What you will do

• Design and maintain hirify.global’s overall business systems architecture across CRM, billing, marketing automation, customer success, and data platforms.
• Own Salesforce as a core platform, ensuring clean integration with other business systems and supporting product-led growth, sales-assisted, and channel motions.
• Design and govern integrations between systems, including APIs, middleware/iPaaS, establishing best practices for data flow and quality.
• Partner with Product, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering on quote-to-cash workflows, including quoting, subscription management, and billing.
• Identify system gaps, technical debt, and process inefficiencies, driving prioritized improvements and serving as a subject matter expert.
• Communicate architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and roadmaps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with business systems in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including integrations and customization.
• Experience designing and supporting systems across sales, marketing, customer success, and billing.
• Exposure to both product-led and sales-led growth models.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to see how tools, data, and processes fit together.
• Practical experience designing integrations and data flows between systems.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT, USA, or within commuting distance.
• The role does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).
