Salary: $99,800–$131,000

hirify.global is a corporation in the life insurance business, assisting the Board of Directors Audit Committee and management in monitoring and strengthening internal controls.

What you will do

• Function as an information technology risk and control expert, providing advice and mentoring to audit associates and management.
• Champion compliance with audit practices and procedures.
• Partner with peers and clients to support a technology-led audit plan for enterprise IT projects, including AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure.
• Assess and evaluate controls over corporate-wide systems infrastructure and application environments.
• Plan and conduct audits of the information technology environment, focusing on technology risks and controls.
• Collaborate with clients and peers to complete value-added assignments and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of audit work experience, preferably in relevant technology audit/risk related work.
• 4+ years of experience with Information Technology, primarily Cybersecurity and Cloud tools and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of work experience in an Information Technology audit role.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprint person for FINRA.

Nice to have

• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with risk concepts including inherent and residual risks, and assessing internal controls.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and/or Cybersecurity Audit certification.
• Experience in a Big 4 or equivalent firm.
