What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Build scalable and maintainable Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards.
• Implement complex data models, automations, and integrations with CRM, Data 360, and third-party platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, consistent, and complete technical designs.
• Support project kick-offs, discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept development.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical input to proposals, estimates, and solution designs.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in an agency, consulting, or technology environment.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation, data architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM, Data 360, and external systems.
• Strong Salesforce Platform (CRM/Service/Sales) technical and process integration knowledge.

Nice to have

• One or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist, Administrator).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, and deployment automation for Marketing Cloud.
