What you will do

  • Build relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
  • Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews by navigating complex scheduling scenarios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication.
  • Handle candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviewing.
  • Execute post-interviewing tasks such as scheduling debriefs, reference checks, and generating offer letters.
  • Contribute to data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience programs.
