What you will do

• Take full ownership of initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch impact tracking, ensuring alignment with ROI, ARR, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Define the product direction for the communications area, shaping the long-range roadmap and strategic bets.
• Manage and drive initiatives that span multiple squads, functions, or geographies, ensuring consistency and coordination.
• Lead with influence, collaborating deeply with design, engineering, and product operations to drive momentum and accountability.
• Think commercially, deeply understanding customer pain points, and prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable value for both customers and the business.
• Actively mentor junior Product Managers, offering feedback and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Experience leading product strategy and driving significant business outcomes.
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience setting and tracking key metrics/outcomes for commercial success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Adept with tools like Jira and Looker, and deep understanding of agile methodologies.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the hair and beauty industry, consumer products, or mobile products.
• Prior supplier/vendor selection and relationship management experience.
