Senior Product Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid, one day every two weeks in the Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Search product vision and roadmap, aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
• Partner daily with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to design, build, test, and iterate on search experiences.
• Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to understand user intent and translate findings into prioritized product opportunities.
• Work closely with data scientists on relevance, ranking, and personalization models.
• Lead refinement, planning, and prioritization activities, breaking down complex search challenges into deliverable milestones.
• Communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted voice for Search across the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within a high-scale consumer product, such as eCommerce, travel, marketplaces, or content-led platforms.
• Strong domain experience in search, discovery, personalization, or recommendation systems.
• High technical fluency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• A deep understanding of customer intent and behavior.
• Strong analytical capability and experience with A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
